		<description>It looks like a lenticular cloud. 

Lenticular means lens shaped, which as you can see, the could is, being thin at each end and slightly thicker in the middle.

You do see them every now and then, often at altitude, and they are usually caused by a wave in the air, sometimes caused by the air being given an upward motion by a mountain range, and then in the lee of the range, the air descends, then rises in a wave type pattern. 

As it rises, this cloud can form, and as it descends, the cloud disperses, so you see a constant band of cloud in the upper curve of the wave.

		<description>Those are some really awesome pictures.  I don't know about aliens, in your close up shot it looks like a stray cigar shaped cloud.  But you could be right.
